In August, a trip to the Market Town of Oakham with its Castle and Museum and after lunch, a visit to the beautuful Barnsdale Gardens, one time home to BBC Gardener's World with Geof Hamilton.

Several members get together once a month for lunch at a local venue

January 9th 2007 our guest speaker is Mr George Inham to talk about old ways and times from his past experiences.

February 13th we have Michelle Lowe from The Body Shop.

Friskney W.I. December Party

We meet the second Tuesday of each month in the Village Hall at 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome to come and see what we have to offer: friendships, meals out, theatre visits, new crafts and experiences together.

The Village Hall was the venue for our 88th Birthday Party on Tuesday 12th December. Entertainment was provided by Eric Blackledge, accompanied by Edith, his wife, who guided everyone through the musical games. The gorgeous supper was provided by members and thoroughly enjoyed.

Edie Willingham was invited to cut the Birthday cake.
